VIRCO CATALYST MX
This product is a buffered accelerator to be used with VIRCO PERMAFINISH 406 on specialty cellulosics.
Outstanding Features:
Buffered to reduce fabric strength loss. Especially recommended for use on 100% linen and other fabrics where strength retention is critical . Easy to use liquid product. Recommended usage level is 25% on weight of resin.

VIRCOFINISH 479 Anionic
This product is a specialty finish designed to add strength to durable press resin-treated fabrics and garments while maintaining a soft hand. Outstanding Features:
Aids in stabilizing woven and knit fabrics and prevents distortion. Highly effective tensile strength additive for durable press resin-treated fabrics. Provides a soft, durable hand. Compatible with other resin finishing components.

VIRCOLUBE CPN Modified Nonionic
This product is a modified nonionic softener / lubricant designed for pad application to greatly improve sewability, napping, and hand without fabric yellowing.
Outstanding Features:
Reduces fiber-to-fiber and fiber-to-metal friction, sewing needle temperatures are reduced. Minimizes needle cutting and needle pressure thus facilitating the cut and sew operation. Surface pile is improved - Produces bulkier surface pile. Requires fewer fabric passes on the napper due to improved lubricity, therefore increasing napping efficiency and productivity. Produces a soft, luxurious hand on synthetic and natural fibers and their blends. Effective on 100% cotton and polyester / cotton blends No yellowing occurs under normal drying conditions.

VIRCO PERMAFINISH 337
This product is an ultra low formaldehyde modified glyoxal reactant for cotton and cotton blend fabrics.
Outstanding Features:
Excellent shrinkage control. Extremely low formaldehyde release. Precatalyzed for ease in use. Compatible with most auxiliaries. Good laundering durability with low chlorine retention.

VIRCO PERMAFINISH 349
This product is a low formaldehyde, modified glyoxal reactant for cotton and cotton blend fabrics.
Outstanding Features:Excellent shrinkage control. Low formaldehyde release. Precatalyzed for ease of use. Compatible with most auxiliaries. Good laundering durability with low chlorine retention. Low cure temperature for ease of cure.

VIRCO PERMAFINISH L-469
This productis an ultra-low formaldehyde, glyoxal-based reactant for pre-cure, post-cure, and garment post-sew finishing.

Ultra-low formaldehyde release. Improved fabric wrinkle resistance. Excellent shrinkage control. Excellent wash durability. Compatible with most finishing auxiliaries.

VIRCOPON PP-569
This product is an effective wetter/formaldehyde scavenging product used in conjunction with the VIRKLER PERFECT-PRESS™ System.
Outstanding Features:
Provides optimum wetting. Reduces free formaldehyde levels within PERFECT-PRESS™treated goods. Reduces tensile and tear strength loss due to resin finishing. Compatible with the PERFECT-PRESS™ System. Biodegradable. Alkylphenol ethoxylate-free. Can be applied by continuous and garment methods. No adverse effects on other fabric properties (i.e. whiteness or fabric stabilization).

VIRCOSCOUR FV-H Nonionic
This product is a multipurpose scouring/wetting agent for natural and synthetic fibers and their blends.
Outstanding Features:
Effectively removes soil, oil, and unfixed dyes. Prevents redeposition. Provides optimum wetting. Compatible with most all systems - dyes, chemicals and resins. Free rinsing. Biodegradable. - Alkylphenol ethoxylate-free.

VIRCOSOFT DLYS-471 Nonionic Silicone Emulsion
This product is a durable, low-yellowing, silicone softener that provides synthetics, natural fibers and their blends with premium softness. Outstanding Features:
Ideal for Durable Press resin finishing. Excellent silicone softness. Minimal yellowing on white goods. Durability exceeds 10 home laund.erings. Minimal buildup within processing equipment. Highly effective through padding or exhaust methods. Improves abrasion resistance to fabric and garment.

VIRCOSOFT LYS-332 Nonionic Silicone Emulsion
This product imparts a super-slick ,soft and durable finish to synthetic and natural fibers and their blends. Can be used alone or in combination with other softeners.
Outstanding Features:
Excellent silicone softness on fabrics. Does not change shade. Minimal build up in machines which increases production runs between clean ups. Versatile, can be applied by pad or exhaust methods. Minimal yellowing on white goods. Durable to at least ten home launderings.

VIRCOSOFT SME-342 Nonionic Silicone Emulsion

This product imparts a unique soft, super-slick, durable finish to synthetic and natural fibers and their blends. Can be used alone or in combination with other softeners.

Concentrated product, thus giving excellent value. Versatile; can be applied by pad or exhaust methods. Durable to ten home launderings. Particularly suitable for denim and garment finishing. This product is designed to increase the resistance of indigo-dyed denim goods to ozone and ultraviolet light fading.
