Quickstone™ Denim
This is a computer simulation of denim blankets constructed from Quickstone™ Denim and conventionally dyed denim, having the same shade before washing. The swatches in each blanket are representative of sixteen consecutive beams of rigid fabric sewn together. Notice the consistency of shade after washing in Quickstone™ Denim as opposed to the several washdown shades obtained in conventionally processed denim. Even though the starting point is same, due to non-uniform dye penetration in conventional indigo dyeing, washdown is inconsistent from beam-to-beam.

This is a denim blanket constructed from Virkler Quickstone™ Denim dyed swatches. These swatches are from eight consecutive lots of rigid fabric, sewn together and processed.

Notice the consistency of shade after washing and the excellent contrast achieved by reducing the cross staining from dye bleed off.
