Chemical Technologies has introduced a new-generation Bleaching System that is highly effective at low concentration levels for bleaching knit goods in continuous and batch processes. The System can be used bleaching whites in jet machines with little or no defoamer needed. VIRCOSCOUR CB-712 is a low-foaming wetting/dispersing product that provides consistent, uniform bleaching while controlling wax redeposition or buildup. VIRCOL ASSIST PSD-998 is a peroxide stabilizer and demineralizer that allows optimum decomposition of peroxide into atomic oxygen for efficient bleaching. Demineralization produces cleaner goods and helpsprevent scale buildup on the equipment, particularly in the presence of silicate. Old scale deposits are gradually stripped off the equipment with continuous use of VIRCO ASSIST PSD-998. The final result is whiter fabric and cleaner equipment at lower costs, with little environmental impact. The eco-friendly Bleaching System provides an alternative process for environmentally conscious manufacturers and users.
