Quality and Satisfaction are achieved because we listen intently to our customers and create chemical solutions that fulfill their requirements. Consistency and no-error, timely deliveries illustrate our commitment to go beyond this expected level of customer service. Our policy of single-sourcing raw materials, together with our ISO 9001 certified computer-integrated manufacturing systems, helps us reach the highest levels of client satisfaction.

As each raw material arrives at Chemical Technologies, it is sampled and rigorously tested for quality, labeled with a unique bar code, and entered into our inventory. As chemicals are batched for production, the bar code of each package is scanned for accuracy. Throughout the production process, we evaluate performance controls, making statistical comparisons to previous batches. All control parameters must be met, or the process stops.

After a product is manufactured, a highly advanced software program called Shipping Manager tracks the customer orders through the plant. As orders are pulled from inventory for shipping, a technician scans the bar code on the finished product, using a hand-held scanning device. Any discrepancy between order and product stops the process, preventing errors.

How efficient is the system? Since implementation in February of 1995 we have maintained a 99% same-day shipping performance with zero shipping errors.
